In France, personal data is protected by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
When using the website www.colly-martin.fr, may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the website www.colly-martin.fr, the user’s access provider, the internet protocol (IP) address of the user.
In any case COLLY & MARTIN collects personal information about the user only for the need of certain services offered by the website www.colly-martin.fr. No personal information of the user of the website www.colly-martin.fr is published without the knowledge of the user, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any support to third parties. Only in the situation of a buyout of COLLY & MARTIN and its rights would the transmission of such information to the potential purchaser would be allowed. The purchaser would in turn be given the same obligation to store and modify data with respect to the user of the website www.colly-martin.fr.
The website is not declared to the CNIL as it does not collect personal information.
Databases are protected by the provisions of the Act of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

Audience Measurement Tools

We use the Open-Source tool Matomo Open Analytics Platform (formerly called Piwik) on a dedicated platform of the Charco Net Group and follow the recommendations of the CNIL (compliance with regulations – GDPR):

Anonymise the IP address: To avoid going back to a physical person, only the first two bytes of the IP address (last 2 bytes of the hidden IP, e.g. 192.168.xxx.xxx) will be kept.
Offer a solution to oppose the deposit of cookies for audience measurement purposes: see the following section “Opposition to the deposit of cookies”.
